LOSE it

i've been trying to manage my weight lately.
it's not as hard as i thought it was.
the point is not to think about WHAT you're eating, but how MUCH you're eating.

so the good news is that i dropped 4kilos from my usual weight.
well, from the weight i gained during the semester;
but anyways, i need to drop two more kilos and i think i'll be happy ^^

trying to leave photos of myself lately.
feel like i have to really grasp the last moments of my .. youth ?
well seriously.. i've been really feeling the aging process lately.

i haven't been going out at all..
hanging out with my bf all day which is nice and relaxing.
however, i have a feeling that i should start going out more;
maybe i'm letting myself go??

anyways, been pretty peaceful lately.

which is good; but just think i should start a hobby or something

well, cheers to losing weight !

Hey gal, another good thing to help you lose wait is to hang out with people more often (long as it's not at a restaurant). Often hunger can be spawned by loneliness as well as just being normally hungry. When you're lonely, even if just for a bit, sometimes your body will crave food, it's weird but they've been studying this for years now.

By the way, how's the dancing going?

i think that research is actually opposite to what happens.
you hang out with people then u feel the need to eat (at least in my case haha)
it's like, you always have to go to a cafe/restaurant rite?

Well than you hang out at people's houses. Either invite them to YOUR home or visit there's. Play games, watch a movie. Stuff like that. If your friends are good enough tell them you're trying to diet so this way they won't be offering you food if you come over.
